At EarnCraftan, we take great care in ensuring that your handmade products are packed safely and delivered to you in a timely manner. Since many of our items are handcrafted or made to order, processing times typically range from 2 to 5 business days, and may extend to 5 to 10 days for custom pieces. Once dispatched, domestic orders within India are usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days, while international orders may take anywhere from 10 to 21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order, and we occasionally offer free shipping promotions. After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. For international customers, please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility, and EarnCraftan is not liable for delays caused by customs. We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping address before placing an order, as we are not responsible for items returned due to incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts—additional charges may apply for reshipment.
